1. Online Payments (Prepaid)
We have partnered with Razorpay, India’s leading payment gateway, to process all online transactions securely.
Razorpay is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant, ensuring your payment data is encrypted and protected.
UPI: Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, Amazon Pay, BHIM UPI apps
Cards: Visa, MasterCard, Maestro, RuPay, American Express
Netbanking: 50+ major Indian banks
Wallets: Mobikwik, Freecharge, and more
All prepaid transactions are processed in Indian Rupees (INR).
2. Cash on Delivery (COD)
Availability: Orders between ₹499 and ₹5,000
Convenience Fee: ₹25 (non-refundable)
Verification: Our team may contact you via call or WhatsApp to confirm your COD order before dispatch.
3. Payment Security
Your security is our priority. BULL FIRE (JAYSHREE ENTERPRISE) does not store your card details or bank credentials.
All sensitive data is handled securely through Razorpay’s protected systems.
4. Transaction Failures
If a payment fails but the amount is deducted, it is usually refunded automatically within 5–7 business days.
If the refund is delayed, contact us at support@bullfirefashion.com with your transaction details.
Our team will assist you in tracking the refund with Razorpay.
