Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At BULL FIRE, we want you to love what you wear. If your casual or ethnic wear isn’t a perfect fit, we’re here to help with a hassle-free return experience.
1. 7-Day Return Policy
You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
Eligible Items: Must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition.
Packaging: Original packaging with tags and BULL FIRE branding required.
Non-Returnable: Innerwear, socks, and certain accessories.
2. Cancellation Policy
Before Shipment: Cancel within 12 hours or before dispatch.

After Shipment: Orders cannot be canceled. Please initiate a return after delivery.
3. Return Process
- Visit our Return Center or email your Order ID
- Once approved, reverse pickup will be arranged
- If unavailable, ship product to our warehouse in Gaya, Bihar
4. Refunds
Prepaid Orders: Refund within 5–7 business days after quality check.
COD Orders: Refund via Store Credit or Bank Transfer.
Note: Shipping & COD fees are non-refundable.
5. Exchanges
One-time free size exchange available. Additional exchanges may incur ₹99 shipping fee.
6. Damaged or Defective Items
Report within 24 hours with photo/video proof.
We will provide replacement or full refund at no extra cost.
